Return & Refund Policy

At Hinza Fashions, we care about your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

✅ Returns:

• You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it.

• The item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original packaging

❌ Non-returnable items:

• Products that have been worn or used

• Sale/Discounted items (unless damaged or wrong item)

🔄 Exchange:

• If you received the wrong size or color, we will replace it at no cost.

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds:

• Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • You received a damaged or wrong item

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 5–7 working days

📦 Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake from our end (wrong/damaged item).
